In our Design Centre, you can see our custom designed floor plans and discuss which layouts you prefer, or how you might modify them to suit your vision.
We also have a wide range of house and land packages available. With ZB Homes you’re not limited to what’s in the package. We offer plenty of choices – some building companies only provide a few options, but with us you get it all. Our goal is to make this your dream home, so we say yes more often!

Once you’ve got your floor plan finalised, it’s time to fit-out your home!
At the ZB Homes Design Centre, we can give you a list of specifications for products in our standard ranges, but that’s just your starting point.
From there, we can change out any of those specifications for other products from our approved suppliers.
There may be a specific type of tile you want in your bathroom, or a different sort of sink in the kitchen.
We can show you product ranges from many different suppliers so you can put your own personality into your home.
From flooring, joinery and cladding, to fixtures and colours, there are endless possibilities, so you can get exactly the home you want.
Many people love our standard ranges and stick with those, but you’ve also got the peace of mind of knowing that if you want something a bit different, we can cater to you.
