We love our first home and are grateful for the team at ZB for working with our budget and making it such an easy process. We ended up with a lovely new first home, the process was easy and there was always a friendly face from the first meeting to the move in day. Everyone was always there to help which was great, we loved the communication with staff throughout the build! The Co-Construct software was also a huge benefit from my point of view. For us, there was no reason to not choose ZB in the end! Being local and having offices handy was our initial reason for enquiring, but when we compared our building needs between them and another building company ZB’s friendly service and agreement to our design features won us over. We experienced a quick and timely build, good progress communication, reminders via Co-construct app and post-build follow-up. The building process was nowhere near as scary as we had anticipated. Once the red-tape and paperwork was complete and the site prepared, dealing with one project manager was excellent! Using co-construct and having a clear building timeline was helpful and inclusive. Nothing seemed too difficult, each call to Hayden was answered with ease throughout the build and after moving in. We even had visitors looking through the house asking questions looking to build themselves! We would definitely recommend building with ZB as throughout the process the whole team kept us involved in discussing each step.

The process was a joy to behold from the first meeting right through until now! We appreciated the ongoing help, no question was ever seen as ‘stupid’ and the staff were candid in their advice. Loved the system where variation were costed out and not scheduled until approval by us. Staff could not be more helpful and the process was so smooth. We had discussions with other people who had major problems and stuff ups with other builders but we had none of these! We were smiling just as hard at the finish of the built as when we made our first approach. Trust the small company compared to the franchises. Over the years I have built nine new homes, the last being with ZB Home. This build was by far the most stress-free and enjoyable experience one could wish for. Not only do ZB Homes have great staff and the online programme was very easy and convenient to use.
