Te Awamutu House and Land Package FAQs

Once your plan has been finalised and the quote accepted, the architect begins the working drawings. Once completed they are then submitted to the council for consent. The council requires 20 working days to process the drawings.

Upon the plans being approved by council and the building consent being granted, construction begins. Along with a construction schedule that estimates the start and completion date, you will also have access to a qualified and experienced project manager.

Once your build is completed, all you need to do is move in.

The exact specifications vary per package, though all of our homes include:
